At Golnush, all outfits are made to order, except for Ready to Ship articles. Production begins only once an order is placed, so timelines cannot be expedited. We encourage customers to plan purchases accordingly, particularly for formal and occasion wear.
All delivery timelines are estimates. Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our courier partner, and transit delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.

Order Dispatch & Combined Shipments
- Ready to Ship Dispatch: RTS orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours.
- Combined Orders: If an order contains items with different timelines (such as RTS combined with made-to-order pieces), the entire order will be dispatched together according to the item with the longer timeline.
- Split Shipments: If you prefer your Ready to Ship item delivered earlier, separate shipping can be arranged for an additional delivery fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Within 48 Hours: You may cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations incur a 10% processing fee, and the remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method within 15 working days.
- After 48 Hours: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the 48-hour window has passed.
- Merchant Cancellations: Golnush reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or unverified details. In such cases, a 100% full refund will be issued with no cancellation fees applied.
